I am a Registered Nurse with 23 years of experience across orthopedics, internal medicine, fertility, pediatric and adult home health, family practice, and occupational health. I am originally from Southwest Louisiana and I am a mother of three.
In 2018 I had a spiritual awakening. In 2021, after a broken heart, I rebuilt my life from the inside out — and that became the foundation of everything I now teach. How to acknowledge every broken piece, pick it up, and love it. Through tuning the nervous system, teaching dance classes, hosting retreats in Europe, or speaking on stage — this is how I share it.
You will work with me, Carli. In our sessions, sometimes we coordinate with your personal doctor. Other times, we simply tune the nervous system. Either way, we help you find and own your personal truth.
